Tha ks for ur reply who cam help me with this ....Hi im unistalled the game the other day as it froze and cleared my data and cache as u released an update after i emailed u regarding the jackpot and mine wouldnt update so i unistalled it and re installed the game and in the statistics section its all filled out saying i won them all with number but i unistalled the game which means it should reset it all and even if it dont i not won all the things it saying also the guys that emailed me said they have released an update and it says its now easier to win the jackpot how is it now easier then before hope u can help sort out this issue and answer my question and tha ks for ur time also will u be adding anything new to the game soon and alot of people say it getd abit boeing the game is 4 years old time to add some new stuff maybe add new to board tanle away some cash bags just an idea or and a new fruit to the reel where u can win 10 spins theres another idea hope u take yhese into consideration and possable act on then thanls for your time chris

Yes you can get the jackpot. Why would we put a jackpot into a free slot machine game and then stop you getting it? However as some players are not getting the jackpot very often we have released a new version making if even easier. Good luck and thanks for your review.

Sorry to say will be uninstalling. During the snakes and ladders, we should not lose our place to start over. The gold we earn should be held ove until next time. Not lost

This has now been updated in the latest version.
Snakes, Ladders, Gold and Money all stay lit and held over until the next feature.
